wahh..a4ians havin fyp now .. having napfa liaoz.. and i just started running like 1 week ago.. die.. cmi .. what will happen if i over run. will i die? =x heart attack bam dead.. practicing with HITT (High intensity interval training) as advised by people.. weee hope it really works. i shall aim only for pull up to fail>!!! attachment is wasting my time :/ instruments out for repair and will be back on wed.. i think sat can eat grass suan le.. really exhausted.. one person was admitted to hospital due to lack of energy.. wow.. maybe i can become the next. and like just not wakeup forever |
